Our mission
To deliver tungsten metal powders, carbide powders, cobalt powders, fused carbide, and tungsten chemical products that meet your agreed specifications — with repeatable quality, transparent limits on concentrates, and packing suited to moisture- and atmosphere-sensitive materials.
Our brochure highlights refining of tungsten raw materials into crystallized APT, conversion to oxides, and the path to pure tungsten powder via hydrogen reduction — matching our role as a supplier of intermediates and powders to downstream industry.
The production route begins with dissolution and purification of tungsten-bearing raw materials, followed by crystallisation to yield ammonium paratungstate (APT, WO₃ ≥ 88.5% min.). APT is then calcined to produce tungsten oxides — blue tungsten oxide (BTO) and yellow tungsten oxide (YTO) — which are hydrogen-reduced to tungsten metal powder at specified Fisher sub-sieve (F.S.S.S.) grain sizes. Tungsten carbide powders are produced by carburization; fused tungsten carbide is cast and crushed to macro-grit and micro-grit fractions for brazing and hard-surfacing applications.

Product range
Jayanth Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and supplies a complete range of tungsten intermediates and finished powders. Tungsten metal powder (W min. 99.85%) is supplied in F.S.S.S. grain sizes from sub-micron to coarse grades, packed in sealed drums with nitrogen or vacuum protection. Tungsten carbide powder (WC C 6.11% min.) covers fine and coarse fractions for cemented carbide tooling and wear parts. Fused tungsten carbide (W₂C) is available as cast rod or in macro-grit mesh sizes (30/40, 40/60, 60/80) for diamond tool brazing and thermal spray.
Chemical products include ammonium paratungstate (APT) at WO₃ ≥ 88.5%, sodium tungstate dihydrate (Na₂WO₄·2H₂O, assay ≥ 99%), and tungsten oxides — blue tungsten oxide (BTO), yellow tungsten oxide (YTO), and WO₃ — used as reduction intermediates and catalyst or pigment precursors. Cobalt powder and copper–tungsten materials are available for specific enquiries.
Our customer base spans diamond tool segment manufacturers, hard-metal producers, electrical contact fabricators, chemical processors, and research institutions across India and international markets. Each order is accompanied by a certificate of analysis stating chemistry, grain size (where applicable), and packing details. Custom lot sizes and specification tolerances are agreed in writing before production.
